Are we to expect a catch at some point? It’s just too good to be true.
We would not play you like that. There is no catch. We are simply passionate designers and web developers eager to help your small business grow. We provide services in these compact but full plans of everything you’ll ever need to build and maintain your website.
Is a deposit required to get started?
That is correct for The App plan which is subject to a ₱10,000 deposit. The Alley plan is not yet a live product and we’ll update the information here once it’s ready.
Are we locked in for a period of time once we get started?
No, we do not lock you in. App Your Alley allows you to pay us monthly as you needed. However, if you’ve decided to not continue with our services anymore, you must give us at least two months notice.
Can you tell me what will happen if I cancel?
Cancelling a plan before 12 months will forfeit your website. But if you cancel after 12 months, we will assist you in migrating your new website to the hosting provider of your choice.
Can I accept credit / debit cards on my website?
Yes, we will integrate popular payment methods on your website. Within the Philippines, PayPal is the top choice for payment processing especially for starting small businesses who are not yet registered. For your registered business, we can go with Stripe (selected countries only) or 2checkout (global).
Is there a chance my new website will NOT be ready in 30 days?
Collaboration plays a big role in our process and our customer’s approval is sometimes crucial to move from one point to another. Any delay can move the turnaround time a later date. On the brighter side, some websites is ready to launch even before the 30 days mark.
What will I do if I want to change a content on my website?
We won’t leave you hanging after designing and developing your website. Your monthly plan gives you access to App Your Alley concierge where you can leave the content changes that you need and it will be live within 48 hours. If it’s urgent, we’ll get to it even faster.
